The Palace of Westminster gets more out of working with E-Novations
Crown Entertainment and The Palace of Westminster have commissioned a complete business and restaurant management solution from e-novations, a leading UK retail systems and hospitality solutions provider.
This new system, based on e-novations’ Emperium Hospitality, was chosen to complement The Palace of Westminster’s sleek, modern Bar & Restaurant, and was chosen in preference to several other solution providers because of its rapid deployment and performance.
In addition to the basic functions required of any management system, including sales and a comprehensive back office to manage stock and staff, e-novations has also developed a recipe creator using Emperium Hospitality. This enables bar staff to assist customers who wish to create their own cocktails. The Palace of Westminster is also using system reports to analyse how productive it is based on product sales and member / department spend.
Brendan McCabe, Director of Crown Entertainment, said, “Our requirements have been changing constantly but this did not faze e-novations at all; they are very knowledgeable about the Hospitality business and have been able to deploy the systems within a very quick timetable.”
Crown Entertainment is using a number of reports in Emperium Hospitality, in order to track the progress of its business, including end of day sales and customer satisfaction. This will enable it to make changes quickly to provide members with exceptional services.
